Wondo Genet

Wondo Genet is a Resort Town in Ethiopia. Located southeast of Shashemene in the Sidama Zone of the Southern Nations on 1723m above Sea Level. Wondo Genet is known for its Hot Springs and is surrounded by primary Ethiopian Forests. The Emperor Haile Selassie used to come here to have a hot bath in the Hils.

Down in the Valley you could see Lake Awasa.

Here in between the Banana Trees, is the "Rasta Guest House".
